Nature Medicine:                   Forest Bathing

Unplug for a few hours and take a rejuvenating stroll through the forest with us. This gentle, mindful outdoor experience invites you to slow down and connect deeply with the healing powers of nature. With the support of a trained guide, you’ll learn to attune your senses, settle your nervous system, and move through the landscape with presence and ease.
As you saunter along woodland trails, your guide will help you notice subtle ecological patterns, identify local birds and trees, and read simple wildlife tracks. These skills open a doorway into a more intimate relationship with the forest, transforming an ordinary walk into a rich, immersive encounter with the living world.
Guided meditation, gentle movement, and mindful breathing practices are woven throughout the experience, offering proven benefits such as reduced stress, strengthened immune function, and a restored sense of balance.

This experience is led by Ami Jean Aubin, Founder of the Nature Medicine Foundation, Director of Education and Wellness at Adventure East, and a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leader, bringing extensive experience in guiding mindful, nature‑based programming that fosters wellbeing, curiosity, and ecological respect.
