Explore the outdoors while getting better acquainted with the beings we share the land with. This tracking program will teach you the basics of identifying wildlife track and sign. We will sharpen our nature awareness and mindfulness practice, learning how to read animal clues.  This multiday program will begin by building foundational knowledge, send you home with the tools to have a personal exploration and then reconvene for a full day of tracking adventures! Interpreting the stories left behind by the more than human world can lead to a deeper understanding of our interconnected nature.

Participants should dress in layers and pack a lunch. Tracking can be a slow process; we spend much of the time standing and in discussion. Snowshoes or spikes will be provided in order for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable adventure. Come explore the wild world with Adventure East!
