You will saunter along woodland trails, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds all around you, allowing you to become acquainted with life in the forest. Through bird and tree identification as well as wildlife tracking, you can begin to know our natural world more intimately. Improve your wellbeing with guided meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. This practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and help restore a sense of balance.

Located in Westhampton, this lush Kestrel Land Trust protected forest is home to an idyllic brook and an array of vibrant wildlife. With trails that take you along Sodom Brook and past tulip trees to a centrally located clearing, this is the perfect setting for a morning of forest bathing.
