Get Outside with Adventure East and Eagle Eye Institute!
Donation: $50 per family - All proceeds benefit Eagle Eye Institute and its mission to create opportunities for youth from urban communities to learn about, make connections with, and be inspired to protect the natural world.
*Please note: If you'd like to further support Eagle Eye Institute's mission to engage and empower youth from urban communities where nature engagement is happening the least, you can do so here.
Adventure East would like to invite Western Massachusetts families to discover the outdoors with one of our partners, Eagle Eye Institute. Eagle Eye has 30 years of experience introducing people to the outdoors and we are sure that you will be more excited than ever to do more outdoor activities after this meaningful learning experience.
This is a fun filled day of activities at their beautiful MountainStar Forest property in Peru, Massachusetts. Here you will gain a deeper appreciation for forest plants, trees, and wildlife, and discover the calmness from being surrounded by nature.
You will learn from experts on preparations for safely enjoying time in the outdoors, how to plan for your adventures and tips on the many places for more outdoor explorations in Western Massachusetts.
The Founders of Eagle will share their knowledge of forest stewardship and sustainable off-the-grid living. Together, we will prepare and enjoy a delicious vegan meal from their gardens.
Of course, there will also be some time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as the forest invites you to dream about spending more time outdoors.
