This is an all-levels yoga experience at Kestrel Land Trust's beautiful Home on the Range. Enjoy the sounds, sights, and smells of nature through an embodied exploration of mindfulness, movement, breath, and the senses. Immerse yourself in the flower-filled surroundings as your guide, Max, takes you through a reflective walk in the woods to a clearing, where we will practice yoga. You will build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness while deepening your appreciation for our local forests and reaping the mind-body health benefits of nature and community.

About Max:

Max Alaghband has taught yoga and meditation since 2018 (RYT-200), and has trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the Sivananda Vedanta Center, and various Zen monasteries in the US, Japan, and Taiwan. Max's classes emphasize mindful awareness, solid alignment, and compassionate self inquiry to support students of all levels on their journeys to mind-body empowerment and health.
